It is probably a State Secret. You will probably be charged with Treason (The only way to strip you of your citizenship) if you go public with this info. OK laaa.....maybe not so serious....maybe charged you under OSA lor.
BTW, CPI (Consumer Price Index) component type & weightage is also a State Secret.

SINGAPORE: COE premiums for vehicles rose across all categories in the latest bidding exercise that ended on Wednesday.
The biggest increase was in the big-car category, where the premium jumped S$9,412 to S$45,501.
In the Open Category, where the COEs can be used for any vehicle type but end up usually for cars, the premium climbed S$6,999 to S$49,000.
The premium for small cars meanwhile rose S$5,612 to S$34,001.
The COEs for commercial vehicles rose S$3,621 to S$36,511 and for motorcycles, the premium edged up S$21 to S$1,221.

hi all, i just bought a 2.0 car 2 months back with a ready bid COE at 20k. that time the car price purchase is 79K. yesterday i refer back to the same new car
selling price is 100k. today with the increase of COE, i think the new selling px will be more than 100k again.
If i sell my car now and get 1.6 car, will i get some profits with the increase in COE price? any idea ? thanks

What.???...the COEs has gone stale.....cannot eat alredi.
Can I tell you this scenio that bid number 700 (by order of price)in CATB is only 5000 dollar lor. ? If LTA eat bid 700, they have to let all be priced @ 5000 dollar lor. ?
Every COE bid results comes with unused COE lor.......Is the garment fair ? A system they invented....they say it is good.....fair....or izzit ?
Why not.....bid what price pay what price. If you bid 100K for CATB and the last successful bid is $50 dollar....100K pay 100K lor and 50 pay 50 lor.......NOT AVE!!
Next: Let talk about properties price.......did garment have a hand on the almost runaway ?? No, of course not.....or izzit......
