market trend is like this.. when come to rights issue when in bull will move up higher , but when in the market condition like now will move even lower !

don't know... cheap can be cheaper ! just tell myself so many private properties hanging down there and depreciate in value everyday , nobody got ball to touch !!

i was told ... that it MIGHT be pp spread rumors to cause people to "force sell", then BB will collect at low price then release in the soon rally which happen like last time... people that force sell have most probably sold by now, the remainder mostly keeper.... :)

rights issue in bear market mean the company dry liao need $$$...
i was told that the BB are collecting at about this price, since they are buying, so that means price going up right? ... also CapitaLand release news they are making profit just not so much compare to last yr... am i over optimistic?
u are not waiting to buy after the report on the 10 feb??

i bought 10 lots at 2.4 today, if price still continue to fall, no choice, hope that 1 yr from now, it will be more then $3 :)
