actually what makes you so confident about this counter besides seeing from your crystal ball..

Looking into my crystal ball..... IPCO should be charging up very very soon.... Can be today....
The gas business in China already so meaty...... Bigger than you can imagine.....
if ipco is going to do biz in Myanmar like UPP, then it will be interesting.
