Genting needs comedian to boost their revenue as well. Many potentials here.

 

the next news for the counter to cheong is genting make submission for casino license, I think genting is about time to apply casino license. Another news is June school holiday, many ppl visit genting casino in malaysia and their revenue will jump and their this quarter performance will be very good for the next financial quarter announcement

My TA analysis of this counter -  doesn't look very bullish to me now. Bollinger bands really tight ... lookout for a large price change. The other charts show slight bearishness.

I agree with victorian that TA is more transparent (except those with low vol which can be manipulated) and the prices of stocks are known. FA is difficult as many facts are hidden (in reports, etc) I will use gut feeling and business acumen. Many of us are busy working, so if someone spotted TA indicators for certain stock and share it in the forum will benefit those in this forum. One can question the correctness of the TA used but there is no need to argue till the cows come home.Whenever, time permits, I will post them within my ability, so caveat emptor!

Generally the market is still bullish as it is reflected in the property markets. The prices of HDB resale prices now are asking 20 to 30 K above valuations. The rent for HDB flat in open market has gone up by 20% to 30%, while the rent for private condos has gone up by 50% to 80%. I think the correction will come in after 2008 Olympics and ends in 2010.
