WOW! STI another record close of 2,714.66 today! US market flat and mixed now. Looks like the 2.15am FOMC will decide if STI does another record 2molo.

Btw, just back from Bangkok ... Thaksin not there, but understand that the Thai military is alerted and expecting him to come back via S'pore & Malaysia by car.

Senior , thanks, Btw where do u look at the DOW data from? normally, when i find some DOW charts, the volume indicated is not there. Where can i get DJIA charts with volume traded also? lol.

 

i dunnoe. however i does noe that the longer the rally, the stronger the dip. as for me, if i can noe when it correct, i will be billionaire.

yesterday massive rally has turn the chart around, the direction of dow will be determine by this week reading thou..

if it is so easy to understand, than every tom dick and harry is millionaire. The market is manipulated by the big big boys.

the earn money from it doesnt require u to know everything. just watch for the signal and react according should do the trick. before every big move, there sure have a sign one. unless terrorist case which is uncontrollable by the big big boys even, what can u do abt it? since u can do anything abt it why dun leave the chim chim thing to the big big boys. why make life so difficult? i dun know much abt econ or stuff but i make more in investment than others who do. of coz it will be good if i know econ and stuff blah blah blah.  

 

yep i agree there should be a correction anytime soon. Looking at how hard the bull is cheongin now, i tink it will tumble down as fast very soon. FED meeting today and tomorrow (oct 25th) will definitely add some nervousness and volatility to the market since the consumer expenditure has increased above the Fed comfort level. I won't be surprised if FED increases rate this week, beating all market expectations. Then, it will be more of a crash then a healthy correction already!

Lastly, i really do not understand the Bull rally. Why is there a rally when the economy is slowing and the FED is not done with interest rate hike yet??

 

but the TA still point for a correction in dow soon... i hope it wont be delayed else the year end rally will become a yr end correction..

 

rally at dow may defer the correction to later date..

Singgal, dun wori, u are having the same view as me in STI having a mini correction before the major climb into Jan 07. based on my TA, i believe it may be today or wed, but if didnt come den maybe next week liao.

today dun have, wed may have. i am still waiting for the correction before going in again.

 

As usual, the rest of the market still not moving. Only bank and property.

 

Seems like its dropping a little liao...

 

   Hurrah! STI has finally crossed 2700. Hope it will stay above 2700 at closing.
