Midas Holdings Ltd:

Midas' JV wins RMB1.76b contract

Midas Holdings (Midas) announced that its 32.5% owned JV, Nanjing Puzhen Rail Transport (NPRT), clinched a contract worth RMB1.76b to supply 288 train cars to the Hangzhou Metro.

The cars will be delivered from 2011 to 2013.

NPRT's likelihood of winning contracts was highlighted in our previous reports.

While it will not affect Midas' financials in the near future, we conservatively estimate that this contract can attribute up to RMB25-30m in bottomline impact from 2011-2013.

We are awaiting the impending announcements of China's Ministry of Railway tender awards in the next 2-3 months where Midas is expected to add to the healthy backlog of RMB1.4b (to last till 2011).

We think that the positive news flow will be a share price catalyst.

Maintain BUY at fair value estimate of S$1.05. (KellyChia)

BBs like to take money off the table, esp if there are large amounts.  But they will come back again on and off.  They also afraid that when Midas get listed in HK, they will be no match for the BBs over there.  Overall Midas should spike soon.  Remembered I bought silly at around nearly $2.00 nearly two years back!!  But of course I didn't hold the nearly 2 bucks or esle I won't be talking about it now. Hehehe.

no doubt its up trending. But Why Zhuge liang is withdrawing from counters because he wanted to max his profit (Entering & Exit). you can actually easily make 350k this month with midas if you enter and exit in the right time :) "Well provided your one of the BB". Also all BB has their own counter "Their turf". Sometimes they do rotational play.

Zhuge liang and me predict stocks will fall in early oct. Before it start to soar 

 

Zhuge liang will not join this battleground. He will start withdrawing from market (Most Counters) in the next couple of days.

As of Yesterday Zhou Yu collected at least 5000 lots of midas through out the whole day. Zhou Yu average price is 0.87

In the morning 1260 lots  was used to setup the opening price @ 0.89 Sure he contributed a fair bit in this but also from public retailers as they chase the price.

7000 over lots are TX @ 0.89 or 0.895.

Lets say Zhuo Yu successfully dump his shares in the early trade.

For 5000 lots of midas at avg price of 0.87 is around

Buy Value 4,363,790.97

Sell Value 4,435,906.76

after brokerage fee is around 72,115.79 but PT or most BB has special discount brokerage fee. so the actual profit is higher than i calculated.
