Hi Blastoff,
Currently quite alot of big fish is eyeing the lord. So the next resistance level still quite hard to say.
As there is lot of buying and may go up further. Even the SGX query Yanlord also don't know what is happening.

Finally more and more big fish is interested in this counter continue to take up while price is still low.

1.10 strong selling demand, forming resistance wall
wa really quite fierce. i couldnt believe my eyes. but still quite some way from my entry of 1.22 =(
Wanted to jump in on this stock yesterday, but missed the boat.
This counter can be fierce
Well I will short this stock for now ..
Moving up again .....
if missed out this ..... work on another that is yet to recover to reasonable level .....

I'm aware Yanlord had been on a long-trem downtrend since aug 2009.
However yanlord had been rising non-stop for the past many days.
Can some sincere chartists share his analysis/or view is it yanlord have finally reversed it's long-term downtrend to a long-term uptrend now?
Or is it despite the fierce rising for the past many days, yanlord is still in it's long-term downtrend?? |

Yanlord Land Group: Are you gloomy about the property market in China? Well, not Aberdeen Asset Management PLC and its subsidiaries.
They have collectively become a substantial shareholder of Yanlord, holding 99,547,000 shares or a 5.1% stake.
A director, Ng Ser Miang, have also accumulated Yanlord stock, raising his holding from 405,000 to 705,000 shares in 2 transactions from Aug through to Sept.
Yanlord has developed a number of large-scale residential property developments in Shanghai and Nanjing with international communities of residents – such as Yanlord Garden, Yanlord Riverside Gardens and Yanlord Riverside City in Shanghai.
Then there are Orchid Mansion, Bamboo Garden and Yanlord International Apartments in Nanjing.
As of Oct 3, Yanlord stock had fallen to 71 cents, which was 42% down in just two months, prompting Kim Eng Research analyst Wilson Liew to comment: " The stock currently trades at an all‐ time low P/B of 0.51x. We think the market has priced in an overly bearish scenario with respect to China’s property market, as well as Yanlord’s fundamentals."
