My answer is yes and it may happen much earlier before that, probably toward its AGM on aroud 24 Apr 13.

The reasons are straight forwards:

1) It's branded apparel  biz is getting stronger with evidence from credit term from their major distributors shortening to 120 days from 150 days and strong free cash flow due to high gross margin from the premium menwear. And this performance should erase concern by investors of sustaining growth with its inherently high trade receivable. I seee the current cash position and cash flow will enable it to grow 30%-50% per year without the need to raise fresh capital.

2) It's PE at 2.4 is the lowest among the better s-chips and we have observed that liquidity for s-chips is getting better and therefore, more attention will likely be drawn to Eratat over time. It's consistent div yield will definitely draw investors who are holidng it for longer term investment.

3) Both SSE and HSE are doing well and similiar stocks are doing at much higher pe and I suspect the one thing in owner's mind could be delisting it from STI...

I see a good time to continue accumulate. Huat Arh!

I feel it is a play of retail investors mainly and if the bull market resumes, this one will be in play. If the bull lie low, the stock will just be ignored. There is intrinsic value but the fund managers don't think much of this business. Anyway, if you are interested in what the CFO said, read " Poised for recovery" by NextInsight.

4Q result has shown that Eratat's biz has improved significantly and it is time for longer term investors to accumulate at such low PE:

- EPS has improved from 0.63cts to 1.8cts  per share

- NTA has improvd from 35.6cts to 39.2cts per share
