Is time for this to move upwards. Dividend of 2.15 cents every quarter is very attractive.

Bought some at 93.5 cents. Hope can make some profit...
This is a dividend play counter. Good dividend but not a growth stock. I think it will stay at the current price for a while...Good for those that like fixed return income with low risk..Personally I will get some...

I find not difficult for Sabana to maintain its rental income because almost all their tenancy agreement are master lease, their tenants are CDL, Ho Bee , Soi- build, Frieght Links and other reputable companies like DHL, Lenovo, ESPN, Bausch & Lomb, Fujitsu and IBM, so chances of rental default is very low.
Moreover some of the rentals are less than 1.2 PSF, so there is upward revision of rental down the road. Some exisitng tenancy agreements also have upward revision in the contract by 1 to 3% upon renewal.
Sabana can only gear up to maximum of 35% so this provide additional safeguard to unitholders.
My entry prcie of 0.935 is a disocunt of 11% to IPO price of 1.05. If inclusive of the coming dividend of 3.07 cents, this makes my entry cost even lower, thus I decided to plunge into it.

Sabana Shari’ah Compliant Industrial Reit rated 'outperform' by Daiwa

Daiwa Securities Research in a Mar 15 research report says: " Sabana REIT is Singapore's first Shari'ah-certified real estate investment trust.
" We believe Sabana REIT’s investment-property portfolio stands out from those of other industrial-property S-REITs for its exposure to the high-value-added high-tech industrial, and chemical-warehouse and logistics segments.
Overall, Sabana REIT’s portfolio is made up of consistently high-quality assets, in our opinion.
" We initiate coverage of Sabana REIT with an Outperform rating and six-month target price of $1.05, equivalent to target DPU yields, based on our forecasts, of 8.3% for 2011-13, and a target premium to book (post-IPO) of 6%.
" Our target yield of 8.3% is in line with the current 2011 DPU yield for Sabana REIT’s industrial property S-REIT peers. OUTPERFORM (initiating coverage).
