Try next coming one, but 1.20, a bit high mah. But look at the above listing performance first.
IPO allotment results was out. Managed to get 7 lots. Trading start on next Monday 2 pm. Wish me luck!

Get in an out would be the strategy and I am sure that the BB's will be doing the same..with the public falling for the trap
The underlying assets are all over priced, meaning the trust is paying too much for the assets from CWT.
If you want to play Industrial REITs, go A-Reit or Mapletree

i thk worth noting is comparing the gearing of this Cache to MapleTreeLog....it has lower gearing than MapleTree's 38% right? :P
Cache Log is a REIT. NAV 0.87. Issue px. 0.88
Projected yeild 8.8% Shld benefit from manufacturing
sector recovery.Positive mkt sentiment & optimism is in e air.
I think it's worth a bet.
