hi ivanhuang, grey market is like a private black market for ipo transactions before ipo debut.
buyers will offer sellers a premium (not sure if got discount) to the ipo price and sellers can choose to sell these shares to them before actual debut.

just whacked china milk, fully agreed that china milk is way superior to china dairy which trades at higher P/Es

just look at China dairy, gone up liao and hung at support $0.43cts level even when yesterday was mostly all red for China stocks, so milk have so much upside to go up from current IPO level of 10X from it PE ratio, it going v. hot now. U will know on Sat, feel happy for those believe in this stock, kopi O_Ooo $$$ comin.....

Grey mkt going btw 15 +++ cts, so if U r lucky lucky, tikam, tikam got it, sure got kopi $$$, and if going is good add extra milk to ur kopi O_Ooo, but don't be too sweet till U can't drink, the rest i have to leave it ur imagination
