Two good pieces of news from Cambridge recently.   They have refinanced their debt which is mildly accretive.   Now they have announced the purchase of four properties which is also accretive.   The rights issue should provide a good buying opportunity for anyone wanting a 10% yield.
  I think the answer to SupremeA's question is that every portfolio should have some bedrock like this, that chugs away producing a big dividend.   Yes, the stock probably won't double, but then again it won't China Hongxing on you either. 
 
Why is everyone trying to get ppl to buy this stock, yet the price never gets pushed up?
Good time to consider Reit which is giving quite a good returns of 9.6 % for Y2011 & 9.7% FOR Y2012. It is also quite resilient when mkt is volatile.

The best news is the gearing has gone down from 42% to 34%.
Decent set of results, and dividend yield set to rise in 2011 to 9.6%, and 10.2% in 2012.   This is a rock solid, but dull stock.   If your portfolio doesn't have some bedrock like this in it, you must be crazy.

But Maple offeres a more diversified portfolio and also more analyst tend to cover it than Cambridge..
