Any rights issue to retail investor, at what price???
invest in com that you feel comfortable.....
some very basic questions:
1. price up to get a better dual listing price???
2. got dual listing means better corporate govering???
3. dual listing got any new injection of share holding??? affecting #share outstanding???
4. 3rd question determines whether new $$$ goes into com and what they intend to do with new $$$....
5. if dual listing is only allow more ppl to trade the counter, then fundamentally unchanged.
can anyone give answer???
