I seriously can't afford to take anymore exposure. I don't want to leave it open over the weekend. Yes - my goal now is repay all my debts and stand up again. I know it is going to be very very extremely tough and sour. My wife used very very nasty words to me, nonetheless, she help me to pick up some of my contra position too to reduce my loss. My mom cried and told me not to do anything silly. If I did, she will do the same. All of my family members decided to keep this apart from my father as afraid that he will get heart attack if he knows this. It is really very very bad. So I shld write complaint letter to SGX, copy to MAS and ST forum? Instead of making 15 bids (abt 7k) to offset some losses, i hv to fork out 13 bids (also abt 7k) additional loss. Crying :(

I wrote a complain letter to her company, copy to MAS, and send another one to ST forum. Within 1 week this crook kana suspended her licence and the company vomit out  the premium to me.  Never under estimate the public media force. No use suing one unless u have strong evidence showing u are pressured to close ur position under duress. Maybe next time u can get a phone that can record conversations.

I really feel like suing them but i hv no money liao.. Juz called the manager and scolded him...he can only say the intention is to communicate the possible suspension...don't dare admit they forced me into keying to buy at immediate px at that moment. Trade is filled and can't be cancel.

Nope. I profited a few counters before that. Mirach is the first lost. And I already paid up, the curb happened after T +5. Dont know why he more kan cheong than me and keep monitoring. After 3 wks, uobkh uncurbed, px shot above 50 cts.

brokers are emotionless, not their trades. They only worry you cant pay. Jacques,   I believe yr broker did that maybe you have accumulate some lost which he is not comfortable. Hearing all this, I am beginning to appreciate my broker more....... he never tells me anything.  ..... when I ask, his answer like sitting on the fence type....haha.

I requested if can give me some time to clear the 7.9 position. Anyway hv to buy back by today mah. They said NO coz anytime Innopac will also be suspended and kept forcing me to enter at immediate px. As I talked to my dealer, px resurged to 9.3 and I juz hav to enter lor. Dealer said if I don' t enter, his manager will also force buy at immediate px to close the position. Wat the hell!
