all AGMs should have info on audited results. Its the SOP. They need to pass it.

I read the section 5 many many times but just couldn't figure out head or tail. Bro Sri analysis sounds logical.
Read section 5 of the announcement. Especially part Two. The whole chunk about issuing new shares. Why need to decide on this now and not previously.
The deal is already sealed in my opinion. Just a matter of when they will announce (Monday 15april or after AGM on 30april)
I will think they will announce the deal tonight or Monday. But will subject to approval of shareholders during AGM.
The unaudited results is just for them to vet nothin too significant.
If AGM comes before confirmation not weird meh? Since if the deal is not confirmed yet so they cant mention much about it during the AGM.
Rather if AGM comes after the deal, the company can brief shareholders and to vote/decide on matters that arose from the deal.
