Fairygal...

Aiya, you can just wear an ordinary can-can frock, do up your cheeks in red-red round rouge, then dance in front of CK Tang before the Chingay starts.

Surefire applause!!! .. :)

Ok, thanks Uncle geojam!  Will try it out.  Don't know if I qualify "Auntie", but I am post-65ers, like those MPs who will be doing hip-hop this Sat during the Chinggay in Orchard Road. Should be interesting  to watch them hip-hop!

geogam, fyi, there is hardly any queue outside CNY period at Lim Chee Guan bak kwa store. When you visit in August, it's a good time to buy and think it costs around $33 or $36 per kg (vs $48/kg during CNY).  I buy whenever  I happened to be in China Town. So I eat it any time of the year at much cheaper price. Never understand why people are willing to q for 4 hours for that bak kwa when they can eat it all year round at cheaper price. For CNY, I buy it from any other brands without q. Give other stores a chance. You never know who can make better bak kwa until you give them a chance, right? For bak kwa, I never queued! (I do not consider standing behind only 2or 3 persons as queuing)

Chinkiasu

Decided to take a break, just hanging around. Holidays will be in Spring time, in June, when the dandelions are in bloom, the wild strawberries if one is lucky.

Not bad huh for Uncle geojam, can converse in Singlish still despite not knowing the "in" things in Singapore....eg bak gua. You been away for how long?

STE charts today still look good. Boll getting really squeezed...and the good thing is today's closing price is almost touching the upp band. As sporegal will say, the price is about to 'burst'.

A/D, Chaikin, RSI and Will%R all pointing skyward.

Keep fingers Xed that Dow will not put a damper on it.

yep godpa. for me, i'd run esp if my profit is more than the divvy yield already. after all, the only real profit is the one that's locked in.

if unsure, standard practice i do is to keep half sell half.
