Based on each Q results, the stock went up 0.5%. I guess DMG ;s target of 1.07 is realistic target price. The ROI is not attractive for this stock.

Strong financial position, with bullish sales outlook and sold out capacity in the next few years alone.   I think 2010 TP far exceeds DMG target of $1.07. Just my view.  I am vested. Not enticement for anyone to buy blindly.

0428 GMT [Dow Jones] Midas Holdings (5EN.SG) off 0.5% at S$0.915 as investors take some money off table after yesterday''s 4.5% rise driven by company''s JV landing CNY1.56 billion contract, or about S$321 million, to supply 192 train cars to two rail projects in China. Selling not widespread as current volume less than one-third of yesterday''s entire 25.4 million shares, suggesting stock likely to hold above S$0.90 (current intraday low at S$0.91). While contract''s headline figure substantial, amount attributable to train parts supplier much smaller given Midas'' 32.5% stake in JV NPRT. DMG, which has Buy call with S$1.07 target, expects contract to contribute just S$7.3 million to Midas'' associate income, based on profit margin of 7%; "additionally, as utilisation rates are usually low at the start-up phase, we therefore do not anticipate any meaningful contributions arising from this event in 2H11, although we do believe that Midas'' bottomline would be boosted in 2012 and 2013." I think weak holders have sold just to profit from the fast upbeat.  Now big guys will collect.

Not too late to buy now for those who missed the boat yesterday.  The best is yet to be - whether you believe it or not.  Seems like there are some green eye monsters around.
