Hi Bon3260,
Sorry, reply so late. I bought only 10 lots at 0.49 and add more 15 lots at 0.65 but market turned cautious. But still hold on to it, the downturn seems can't knock it down, phew!
I think when market turn better next week, might have more upside. Not all stocks follow the trend, this is the time to pick strong stocks. Good luck!

The Directors of OSIM International Ltd are pleased to announce that it has increased
its shareholdings in its subsidiary OSIM (Taiwan) Co., Ltd (“OSIM Taiwan”) by seven
and a half percent (7.5%), bringing the Company’s interest to a hundred percent
(100%) through cash purchase of shares from the minority shareholders of OSIM
Taiwan.
The aggregate cash consideration for the acquisition of shares is S$832,680 and the
sum of consideration was arrived on a “willing buyer willing seller” basis between the
parties after arm’s length negotiations.
This transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per
share and the net tangible assets per share of the Group for the financial year ending
31 December 2010.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company have any interest,
direct or indirect, in the above transaction.

Very strong momentum today when most pull back. Still holding tight till now, thanks to Bon3260 for the information which gives us more confidence. Hope can reach 0.70 soon, not patient enough, eager to see my profit (paper gain is not earning yet until it is sold)! Cheers everyone who are in the trade.  |
