On Friday, Midas broke the major support at $0.89 and closed at $0.885 with HIGH volume of 12.5 million shares traded.
Three black candles occurred in the last three days. Although these candles were not big enough to create three black crows, the steady downward pattern is bearish.
Both RSI & MACD are bearish as RSI near to “oversold region”
Important Resistance of Midas: $0.89
Immediate Support of Midas: $0.835
Currently prices are way below the 20 / 50/100/200 days MA.
We would not suggest buying Midas now since prices have just broken a major support at $0.89 at HIGH volume which indicates a bearish signal.
Shortists will be watching this counter very closely for further trading opportunities on Monday as prices are still far from the next major support at $0.835.
SEE ANALYSIS FOR STRAITSASIA
In fact, we suspect that the “trading activities” for Midas will be high next week as the bulls and bears fights for their glory.

Per my post in another forum, the 0.25 cents dividend follows the same amount div declared in March, and another one in May. Amount is not much but at least the management is issuing something back to shareholders on a very regular basis.
Disclaimer : Vested and long on Midas.
hi,

More info see if it makes any sense. Unfortunately not a JV coy with Midas
They include Beijing to Shanghai rail, Beijing to Hong Kong rail, Beijing to Harbin rail and Beijing to Shenzhen rail. Another four routes, running east to west, will also be built. They're Xu-zhou (shu-jo) to Lan-zhou, Hang-zhou to Kunming, Qingdao to Taiyuan and Shanghai to Chengdu. High speed rail will especially play an important role in three inter-city regions. That's in the Circum-Bohai-Sea region, the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. Based on the plan, half of the country will be covered by high speed rails by 2012.
