Net profits for FY2009 were Baht 747 million, including an exchange loss of Baht 56
million, as compared to a net profit for FY2008 of Baht 1,162 million, including an
exchange gain of Baht 160 million. Excluding exchange gains/losses and income taxes, net
profits increased by Baht 9 million, or 1.0%.

Yes, I do agree with you that it is not for everybody.
MER's share price fluctuate, bob up and down within a short span of time. These are opportunities .... at least for me .... in this case to recover the lost.

To me not advisable to overtrade in this manner. You make yourself totally confused. I am sure many who overtraded and sold and never bought back, find many of the stocks have risen so high they cannot buy back the same number of lots they sold at.I shall look at long term

With some risk taking, I managed to recover my lost and avert the disastors caused by the 1.07 I bought just before the rights when it, goodness!!, nosedived off the cliff.
Though I cut lost but as the word suggested, it is still a lost.
So when it plunged to 0.73... I bought in at 0.74. More risk you say?? Yes, I did some homework to read up all the latest news and found nothing big or bad. Sell lor when it hit 0.81.
Again go in at 0.795, sell 0.84. Thus recover most. |

DBS Group Research - Today's Focus (08 December 2009)
Growth-by-acquisition of offshore assets
Companies that raised equity early in 2009 should benefit as the industry recovers. The picks are Ezra Holdings (+26% to TP: S$2.77) and Mermaid Maritime (+40% to S$1.11). Asset acquisition news flow is expected to be strong in 2010, as both companies have made aggressive fund raisings in 2009.
Today it broke the 81.5 cents resistance and currently trading at 84 cents range. Hope it can move further.

Once upon a time, a rabbit was in a jungle running 4 his life. It was b'cos a lion's chasing aft him & wanted 2 eat him. A few days later lion was stopped chasing aft him & rabbit's too stopped running. It was bcos they were tired & hungry... The reason was rabbit needs lion 2 potect him in e jungle. Cos in e jungle, there were more dan a lion / tiger if he wants 2 live. End of Story...

Shd b system ctrl fm those smart BBs I guess... They purposely Buy / Sell 1 lot by 1 lot... So dat u din c they r selling / buying. If they 1 shot sell / buy, alot of pple might aware...
Smart BBs wun show queue buying... Only fake queue show buying / selling.
Like tis aftnoon 4pm+ @ Rotary. 2,000 lots queuing 2 buy @ 1.04. & 1,500 lots queuing 2 sell @ 1.05. But vol. was only 2,000+ & not much. So pple dot tis time BBs r cming liao. Kept buying fm Sell lots. Aft BBs has sold all 1.05 on hand. They hurriedly cancelled buy queue fm 1.04...
