Sharing: " Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings) Ltd on Wednesday announced the proposed issue of 330 million warrants at an issue price of 31 fen (S$0.061) per warrant. Each warrant will carry the right to subscribe for shares in the company at 7.62 yuan per share. The warrant strike price represents a premium of approximately 36.37 per cent to the closing price of S$1.10 of the company's shares on the Singapore Exchange on the date of the subscription agreement. Because yzj is issuing the warrants to get money to sustain their current business. If they needed the money for a new project/expansion, it will have a different outsome.
