Hopefully
This counters I think will receive more interest as it is going to make announement of its 1st Qtr result 27th April and the declaration of dividend to to be paid out. Expecting a dividend of more than 2 cents each qtr.
I think the price may go up any moment...Seems oversold...

From prospectus:

With ~10% yield now, stock looks good. Anybody knows when the dividends or Q1 will be annouced?

Yesterday was vol 5.8m today only 55lots up till now...why vol suddenly gone?Think price will fall soon...
looks like very little chance to buy at 93 cts today perhaps?

waiting for my cpf to link up.. use OA to buy this for a 8% p.a dividend.. double what OA is giving..
to spread out risk.. add cache also.. both can earn 7-8% p.a on dividend and also pose upside potential also.
I think ppl are going after momentum stocks. I think long term it will still go up...
why so much selling tis morning?
any views?
Sabana Reit looks like 0.925 reaching soon...
