No one can give you a clear answer. but if you are asking for opinions, this sabana reit is worth buying, there should be some profit to be taken on the debut. Do your own homework.
If you are so worried about this IPO, that's why you are asking for views on this IPO, i suggest you don't invest. you are not ready.
so baring unforseen factors such as market crashes on 4th week of Nov, can we conclude at ipo price Sabana Reit is more attractive than MIT? Or at least as attractive as MIT?

someone posted this sabana reit yield is 8.4 % versus Mapletree Indust Trust yield of only 6.3 %
hence.........

This morning my broker just asked me wanna take up placement shares for this Saban Reit IPO or not? He said must reply wan or not by tomoro late morning.
Do u guys think this ipo will open above it's ipo price on it's debut?
this ipo can stag for profit on it's 1st day or not?
