Got this reply from the company: 

 

" With regard to the Resignation of Sponsor, the Sponsor company is presently facing resource issues and it is an independent incident that is not related to the financial performance of the Company, as well as, unfortunately, something that is beyond the Company’s control. The Company is in the midst of searching for a new Sponsor and has also been approached with offers.  The Company will review each possibility carefully and make the appropriate announcement once a decision is made.

 

Operationally,   please be assured that the Group is reviewing its business segment and will implement operational measures to improve internal processes and efficiency."

Doesn't seem good. Earlier on the CFO resigned and still no replacement yet. Company Secretary has also resigned. Now the sponsor has resinged. Not so promising. Cut loss very painful but have to let go liao...

If CEO keep buying and buying, i got nothing to said because that prove he willing to die with the company and the shareholder. But is his own pocket money or company money we dont know, i think no ones know too. Hongwei before suspended also got buy back lots of shares many time, thats also prove CEO buy back shares and company whether got any accounting/cash problems is 2 different things. But at least he dare to eat his own cooking to prove he think is fine.

I dont invest in S-chip anymore and i dont recommend also, to me its call margin of high risk, not worth it.

But if u backside itchy really cannot tahan must play S-chip, then pls just vest small amount for fun only. At least if u catch the boat, u feel happy that u got load some. And if the boat sink, u at least wont feel so pain also. Thats the right mental strategy for the gamblers mindset, wish u all good luck :)

CEO had already bought 2 earlier batches of 2.5M shares & 1.125M shares.. This is not a small amount..

Don't think that the Company secretary is  a very impt factor that will affect the stock prices.

If the CEO is buying back the shares that shows that He is confident that the company business is on the right track and it may be able to turn-around the company to be  profitable for the first half of 2012.
