I think you refer to the acqisition of Multi Skies Nusantra limited rather than Telemedia Pacific Inc and Telemedia Pacific Incorporation Limited. They plan to issue new shares at 10.5 cents a unit. That's why the price soared.

If anyone attending the AGM/EGM, please also ask what's the status of the committed acquisition of Telemedia Pacific Inc and Telemedia Pacific Incorporation Limited. This statement appeared in the 4th quarter financial report (in Nov 2009) and the 5th quarter financial report (in Feb), but disappeared from the recent financial report (in May). It's this acquisition announcement bringing the price up over 10c last year.

 

Still cant see the light . Let's wait for the AGM/EGM next week, hope so light can shed on their prospect on telcoms in indonesia.

Hows the textile biz heading towards .... anyone should ask them next week during the discussion.

a) Proposed assignment of a/c Receiveables by BJ Global to BJ Investment...

b) Proposed Share purchase mandate

c) Adoption of BJ Performance Share Scheme and

d) Proposed participation by the controlling shareholders and their associates in the proposed BJ performance share scheme..

too deep to understand them... Please help.

 

It happens all the time in these penny counters. I got hit twice with 1 lot deal last year alone. Once was done at 2c, and I need to pay to lose one lot

I can see those selling off at 3.5 cents....
