Confirmed there will be some changes for the Coy's business outlook, as in there is agreement of transaction of the Coy and another party.
Currently the transaction in the secondary market does not show any significant effect on its prices.
Personally, I think the Coy will sell away the current unprofitable businesses, and keep the good one. It the for sure undervalued at the current price, as reflected by the P/E ratio.
What do you think?
The buying at $0.01 still looks good, with some transaction at $0.015 and selling not very strong at this price. So there is still possibility of the execution of the agreement. What do the rest of you think?
Further to the announcement by The Lexicon Group Limited (the “Company”) on 8 October 2010 requesting for a trading halt, the board of directors of the Company wishes to inform its shareholders that the Company had called for such trading halt in anticipation of the proposed execution of an agreement relating to a proposed transaction by the Company on 10 October 2010. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, there has been a delay in the execution of such agreement by the parties thereto. As such agreement has to date not been executed by the parties thereto, the Company will be requesting for a lifting of the trading halt later today.
The Company will keep its shareholders informed of any further developments of such proposed transaction by making the appropriate announcement in compliance with the Catalist listing rules.
Shareholders and potential advisers of the Company are advised to refrain from taking any action in respect of their shares in the Company which may be prejudicial to their interests and to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
