Same with NOL. Coordinated move. Very dirty. Unload during post trading.I bet some FMs adjusting their portfolio  and shipping firms are in their list.

Temasek invests in S African miner as it cuts stake in Cosco Singapore ®Copyright MediaCorp Temasek
Holdings has agreed to buy $100 million US dollars of convertible debt
in Platmin, the South Africa-based platinum miner controlled by Brian
Gilbertson’s Pallinghurst Resources.
The mining firm said in a
statement that the Singapore investment company agreed to buy the
convertible debenture from Platmin, through its Ridgewood Investments
unit.
It added that Platmin also intends to make a $250 million US dollar global equity offering.
  Temasek's
managing director of investment, Nagi Hamiyeh, said last week that the
firm is " fairly bullish" about mining holdings and is seeking
opportunities in Africa, Mongolia and the rest of the world.
  Temasek
and China Investment Corp, China’s sovereign wealth fund, are both
seeking commodity investments as Asian demand is increasing.
  The
sovereign wealth fund can convert all the debt into shares at $1 US
dollar and 22 cents a piece before the debenture matures on Dec. 31st.
  On
whether Temasek will convert the debt into common shares in Platmin,
the firm says it remains open to exploring the opportunity of
participating in the growth of the company.
  The firm will receive
about 82.3 million shares, representing about 15.6 percent of Platmin’s
equity, if the securities are converted.
   Meanwhile...
Mainboard-listed shipper Cosco Singapore says Temasek Holdings is no longer a major shareholder.
In a regulatory filing, it says Temasek has a stake of less than 5 percent
Companies related to Temasek, including Singapore Airlines, had cut or eliminated their stakes since 2008.
Temasek became aware of the changes yesterday.
