not sure also..i sold half of my holding snd will buy back when it drops to 11cts..but think of it..private investor would to make money and could be looking at a longer term investment.hence, should be worthwhile to hold for long term
i continue to have doubts why the new shares are issued at such significant discount.
2 reasons i can think of:
1.   Company really need money  desperately
2.   The new shareholder is related to existing shareholder (SRE) and therefore ok for them to be diluted at such low price.
In any of the above case, I feel that all other shareholders are short-changed.   If it is a transparent deal, then ALL existing shareholder should be allow to participate for the subscription of new shares.
I have sold out my position like to get in again but not at current price.

A number of married deal at 0.115. Vol not small.
