Is the IPO price 29cts or 58cts??? if i didnt understand wrongly, you are saying IPO price is 58cts. Or should it be 29 cts divided by 5 which works out to be 5.8 cts. If this is true, then this counter is really dangerous!! hope I am wrong. anyone advise please.
don't worry, this share will up to 80cts or more. The warrant will be out at 0.05cts if the current price remain. If this share can manage to reach $2.5 from an IPO price of 58cts, then u need to hv confident that it will reach 80cts soon.
How come this counter keep on dropping......it will below 0.6 today?

after adjusting for recent split (1 share became 5), the IPO price became 5.8 cents.
It's not 0.058 cents.
the bonus are being credited into yr CDP soon..hence drop is magnified
avoid this stock, raise too much from ipo price of 0.058 cents, it now trade 100 times more than ipo price, it time to let go, is the company earning 100 times more since it listed on 040506, play something else, better chances. don't make better rich using your hard earn money

bad signs of CFO resignation? but that was some wks ago already ma, impact factored in alr if it really has. 787180 can share more on innovalue? I really cant find another reason for the management to give the warrant and the shareholders to approve it other than to raise more capital for PPE.... surely this would be achieved only when price raises above 80c

In terms of fundamental, it will be soon before it hit 0.80 cent so the warrant holders will be in the $. There has been some sell down lately since 10 Oct and it has been overdone. Should recover when China Oilfield Tech start trading...my 2 cent worth of comment.
Yo in that case, doesnt it mean that the price is due to hit 80c?? if not how can Jiutian raise capital from the warrants? The major shareholders cant be letting it issue useless warrants if there is not purpose rite??

i think u are right...to execise the warrant, u need to pay the price of 80cents...so the only way is to wait for the share price to be above 80cents before u exercise. if i am not wrong, u can hold on to the warrant for 3 years.
Hi can anyone shed some light on this? dont quite understand wats the use of this to bonus warrant. whos goin to convert the warrant since its 0.80 and much higher than todays closing of 0.68?? Exercise price means i must still pay 0.80 to convert the warrant to ordinary share?
