The truth is if it is going to be  that much time  it  will not going to  be a  issue to punt. By April 2014 it will be 3 full year so they are now desperate  and come  up with  plan B to avoid delisting. Calling EGM now for plan B approval, go and attend if you are vested or interested.

Any comment is this good sign? or it is fishy that is going to be a turnaround story.

DYODD.

I think once out of watch list then retail interest will be strong. When is the deadline? 2 years?

If I am not wrong Fortune Wood is  part  of  General Nice  group that working  to  get Digiland buy  into (a portion)  the GN Thailand Coke business.

But.... I guess the deal is meeting some difficulty. So they looking at bridging plan B. All sound fishy now.

Those are good idea for a  turnaround story  but first thing first, get out of SGX watch list by next year or risk being ask to delist!

There are consistent bidding at 0.001 so there are interest and accumulation in anticipation.

Though sometimes those bids   disappear than they appear.......... not totally disappeared :)

Buying at 0.001,   with / and IF there are   buyers, you can't sell any lower so your lost are JUST the transaction fees :)

While their future no one knows . The other BUT is there are some deal being work out.

Someone might be trying to save it.   BUT at this point no one knows what's its future direction would be.

If you are willing to risk   $127, gets you 100 lots :)

Thats a good deal with high risk. Its like gambling - put and prepare to write off.

Maybe $1K gets you   1 Million Units - 1000lots.

IF and ONLY IF,   something positive is firmed like the one that was mentioned   in this post thread.

Surely multiple gainers. Even if it moves to just 1 CENT. its 10 steps -   1K = 10K

Even 100$ give up 1K for copi - new year hungpow :)

BUT if it   all goes wrong - you lost your bet of $100 or $1000.

Now the thing is - either you place your bet or move on to others :)

Eh why I said all this ? why I even bothers to type so much ?

haha - cause I risk 500 Bucks   to ride the wave.

If I drown ,   I thread water la won't die but if the sun comes out -   Christmas and   New year hung Pow all covered :)

Having say all - its chance is 45% win - 55% loosing......................

Hey actually the chance of failing is higher than winning leh....................

BUT thats the thrill of the game. :)

Can just ignore this post totally and just listen don't act - or simply brush it off.................

Thanks and good luck guys.

Cheers.

Bankrupt is   someone owe $ but cannot pay $ to bank so bank go court ask court to make them bankrupt.

BUT they got   good cash in bank what only not making money - loose money.

Most important I think its the cash in bank and can service   loan's installment.

BUT it have so many BIG names in its shareholder list............no money ask for $$$ issue rights la or warrant...or....placement share.........to get $$$

ONLY thing   is it must convince SGX if its put on watch list.............some companies loose money for 5 years also never delist................. so on the delist risk...they   must find ways to work out............but   delist company needs to make delist offer..............

Saw in ipco forum ipco SSH Edward Lee has a sizable investment in this stock. Anyone notice? Could he be buying today? He made some $ from selling ipco at higher price. Then buy back at lower price.

Bought some Digiland post rights at 0.001, due to general nice..

From website: General Nice Hong Kong Group founded in 1992, headquarter of Group is set up in Hong Kong and mainland business operation headquarter is set up in Tianjin China. General Nice Group is principally engaged in resources development and production, logistics and trading. It is the international investment holding enterprise group. After many years of development, General Nice Group has formed two main business chains: one is based on coal mining, coal selecting & washing, coking, coke export, gangue electricity generating facility, chemical by product and railway transportation another chain is based on iron ore mining, iron ore import. The total asset of the group has reached 8 billion US dollars and global revenue has exceeded 8 billion US dollars. Subsidiaries of Group i.e. Abterra Ltd. (code 199903007C) listed in Singapore and Loudong General Nice Resources (China) Holdings Limited (code 0988) listed in Hong Kong those are the group?s important oversea financing platforms.

Think next few weeks will be VERY NICE if there is follow up from General Nice!

Because the GNC deal overshot the due date set by SGX. Coal business is better than IT but only if they not ask to delist or suspend. Still the investment in GNC is small need to leverage on it potential. Big potential for coal in Thailand.

OK OK I'll explain clearly.........:) I Was saying earlier at one stage :-

ONLY asking que got volume. Bidding ZERO.

Asking was 0.001, so at that moment,   the buying price is 0.001, if   someone is interested to grab some its   Instantly FILLED/done at that moment.

Now (at the point of typing) asking is 0.002,   so those wants to buy at the lowest at 0.001 would have to wait for sellers' willingness to let go at 0.001

Those either cut lost or sell off to get their capital back minus the " trading charges "

Hope you catch some Balls now :)

The simplest I know how to explain.

Thanks.

0.001 is the rock bottom,   can't sell any lower or buy any lower price than 0.001.

Unless SGX   comes out with another 4 decimal place one so it can fall to 0.0001 :)

So IF(ONLY IF) it moves the only way is where ?

UP la hehe :)

If it don't play the Houdini act......of disappearing........it naturally have to move..so only way is UP...:)

==================================

From their march 2013 Financial statement.........partial extract

==================================

Financial Position & Cash Flow Statement Review

Inventory reduced from USD4,510k to USD2,996 as the Group made higher purchases towards the end

to the last financial year, to take advantage of vendor incentives for volume purchases. Consequently,

along with an increase in Borrowings from USD4,430k to USD6,081k, it contributed to the decrease in

Trade payables from USD9,520k to USD7,732k.

Cash and bank balances increased from USD1,354k to USD17,089k mainly due to the proceeds from the

Rights Issue in December 2012.

Cash Flow - Utilisation of Rights Issue Proceeds

As at 31 March 2013, USD338k had been utilised for Rights Issue expenses.

Humm.... There is still much hanging  cloud over the plan investment in General Nice Coke (GNC), it is only for 20+ % of GNC not merger or RTO.

Why the Long Stop Date  for GNC investment push back to next Dec? There  must be  issue  in the DD of this investment?  As Hmphie said they  lately announce to have go into Marine  Oil trading trying to  be  profitable before being get on by SGX to  delist for being unprofitable.

Recently there is a article on potential for coke which give this investment idea a lift but still plenty of hanging cloud over it

So  the deal into GNC  is  Long Shot if we look at turnaround story of  GNC. SO DYDD!

Vested but not calling for buy or sell.

"   Coal 'to surpass oil as dominant global fuel by 2020'

DAEGU (South Korea) - Coal, propelled by rising use in China and India, will surpass oil as the key fuel for the global economy by 2020 despite government efforts to reduce carbon emissions, says energy consultancy firm Wood Mackenzie.

Global coal consumption is expected to rise by 25 per cent by the end of the decade to 4,500 million tonnes of oil equivalent, overtaking oil at 4,400 million tonnes, according to Woodmac in a presentation at the World Energy Congress yesterday.

The two Asian powerhouses will need the comparatively cheaper fuel to power their economies, while demand in the United States, Europe and the rest of Asia will hold steady.

" China's demand for coal will almost single-handedly propel the growth of coal as the dominant global fuel," said Mr William Durbin, president of global markets at Woodmac. " Unlike alternatives, it is plentiful and affordable."
