Contel has a true RTO story … CarrierNet has win new contract
… Xpress story not quite concrete yet …. those who bought @ $0.03x should have
no worry …
Yesterday vol generally low … not sure is it due partially to
Korea tension … may watch on sideline …
guess it's always calm before a rally?
Btw, Contel also has RTO story isn't it ? Will that give some positive influence to Xpress ?

The way WE, Ntegrator, Magnus or Contel moves, targeting 51 for Xpress is reasonable isn't it ? What's your view ?

past few days was simply a consolidation ? if it is, then, a bigger upwave is in the making ?
