I wonder what analyst are they? TP raised to 0.81...they must be nuts....trying to talk down the counter...hoping to accumulate when price is down.
It is the market forces that determines the price not their analysis..
TP improved from 0.67 to 0.81.....not so hahaa

SINGAPORE, March 15 (Reuters) - Singapore-listed shipbuilder COSCO Corp
The delivery date for the rig to Sevan Drilling is scheduled to be in the first quarter of 2012, it said in a statement.
