When someone misused money, the end result will be like FirstLink Inv going for every year losses and then final straw of gigantic loss only a few weeks when known it will be delisted. Strange money being lost means some dishonesty around?.

it is not apple-to-apple when the cgx case is compared to those counters that got suspended, there are two things that make a business go burst, the products are obsolete or the creditors come knocking at your doors, most of the suspended counters belong to the 2nd senario, but cgx does not have these two problems, their products are highly sought after, their gearing is as good as penuts...

Regardless whether knowingly or unknowingly, if it can be established that the whole thing is because of his actions, this whole episode will have a higher chance of concluding faster.

Should be more or less have something to do with the chairman using the funds for the upstream expansion. It's obvious he has the authority to withdraw cash and had done so without having to get approval from shareholders. And since he can unknowingly overlooked SGX's rule may also suggests that he may have failed to keep proper records of the usage for accountability purpose.

CGX Registered Office is at Battery Rd, Straits Trading building. Those mental very stress or worried can go there shopping :)

Ya, quite a lot of tell sign and some loopholes. Why they steal eat and leave rice whole mouth? I think they now trying hard to cover back those hole, maybe still can save back. If not even can release halt, who still dare to be their sharesholder?

It listed down the tell sign of CGX.
a) COE sold 60M @ 26 in 2009 IPO
b) Raise money again in 2011
c) Got cash still borrow so much
d) Ask customer to pay cash.
e) After lock in period, one of the shareholder wasted no time to sell out. Carry something....
I think the situation is quite grave.......

Thanks for caring :) I already see liao, doctor said my mental is still above monkey standard so still dont had to worry. But she said need to take good care of my bird, a bit swollen liao.
