Coy need to prepare the official FR for distribution to all shareholders prior to d AGM/EGM as proposed, at least weeks later after the announcement.
Last FY div given was 1.89 cts. Now, with 79% jump in profit, guess div to be proposed ???

when's the substantial shareholder finished unloading & releasing the dividend date?
It's falling for days already, didn't even benefit when most counters' price tread upward yesterday.

yeah , so happy that I loaded yesterday afternoon.
WATER company Hyflux posted bumper profits and record sales for 2008 and is counting on increased Chinese infrastructure spending to sustain its earnings growth.
The company, which specialises in integrated environmental solutions and in membrane technology, reported a 79 per cent rise in full year net profit to $59.04 million, up from $32.95 million in 2007.
Revenue almost tripled from $192.79 million to $554.22 million, mainly due to healthy sales growth from its China, Middle East & North Africa (MENA) businesses.
China is Hyflux's biggest revenue driver, accounting for 54 per cent of total revenue, while the MENA contributes 40 per cent.
Both will remain key growth markets as the group deepens its market penetration in these regions, the company's statement to the Singapore Exchange said yesterday.
Its contracts to operate and maintain water plants in China, and eventually Algeria - where it is building two desalination plants - is expected to 'generate a stable and recurring earnings stream for the next 25 to 30 years'.
It currently has 16 operational plants, up from 11 in 2007.
The firm said it is likely to be buoyed by China's increased government spending. The country unveiled a four trillion yuan stimulus package in November to boost economic growth.
The growth plan has a special focus on infrastructure and water sectors, 'which is positive for Hyflux', said the company.

This counter is quite respected by many big investors. So unlikely to fall below $1.00 unless it make a loss.

Looking at this one's volume, I can say that there is lack of trading interest in this counter for now.

Anyone any idea why this counter going up, despite of generally downward trend of other counters?
Hyflux seem to be going up. Look like $1.2 is too low now
Looks like the BBs are mostly out of this counter.
Check out the heavy volumes in the past 2 weeks. Today it is relatively quiet.
Overvalued. Target $1.2
