Let wait and see the coming FY 2008 earnings results next month.
Maybe then it will be noticed by those BBs.

Sensible advise by Knightrider.
There is really no logic for the present meltdown of Advanced Holdings.
Consider the facts :
Revenue for FY 2006 = S$ 24.04 mil
Revenue for 1st Half FY 2007 = S$ 30.9 mil
Revenue for full year FY 2007 = Estimated at 68 mil
Profit for FY 2006 = S$ 3.6 mil
Profit for 1st Half FY 2007 = 4.8 mil
Profit for full year FY 2007 = Estimated at 9.5 mil
Orders-in-hand, confirmed but not booked yet, at over S$ 30 mil which should logically result in a reasonably good FY 2008.
Despite all the good news / developments coming out of the Company, the shares get beaten down non-stop in the past month (and surprisingly after the announcement of the S$ 24 mil contract win). Market sentiment may have played a part in the price weakness but it looks overdone in this particular case.
The share price of Advanced Holdings has dropped by more than 20 p/c in value over the past 2 ? 3 weeks and the market meltdown yesterday caused a further loss of another S$ 0.03 c. The loss on Friday itself amounts to around 9 p/c which made it one of the biggest losers percentage-wise in the SGX. (worse than even most of the penny stocks).
One possible reason for the price slide could be due to the low trading volume of Advanced Holdings which makes it quite easy for someone with an ulterior motive to manipulate the share price. Perceived or Real, this may quite likely be the case as we are seeing an undervalued / suppressed price for the counter relative to its real value.
The Management of Advanced Holdings should do something to address the situation.
They should initiate a buy back programme to show their support and confidence in the Company and to continue with it (as and when necessary) till the FY 2007 result is announced in February.
Thereafter the result should speak for itself.
If there is no buy-back on Monday it can only get worse.
The Management asked for and got the mandate from shareholders to buy back the shares, yet they are not doing anything about it. If they are not buying back the shares now when the price is being beaten down so badly it makes you wonder when exactly will they start to act ??
Time to WAKE UP?
Sorry, something wrong with the earlier posting?.
Despite positive news and developments coming out from the Company, and the fact that FY 2007 is going to be its best year yet, Advanced Holdings has become somewhat of a forgotten / overlooked counter.
Its current share price does not reflect its future potential / real value.
Consider the numbers :
FY 2006
Revenue = S$ 24.04 mil.
Profit = S$ 3.6 mil.
FY 2007 ? 1st Half
Revenue = S$ 30.9 mil.
Profit = S$ 4.8 mil.
FY 2007 ? Estimate
Revenue = Min S$ 80 mil
Profit = Min S$ 10 mil.
** Orders-in-hand for FY 2008 = S$ 32 mil so far.
It got hit, like many others, in the recent sub-prime meltdown and its share price has not recovered since, still languishing at around S$ 0.38 ? 0.40 c
Hopefully, this won?t be for long?.

This year, they aquire Control Application ( CAE )and they are mainly responsible for Advance holdings Singapore, Middle East, Vietnam venture. CAE also have good relationship with EXXONMobil too.
This year will be a good year for advance holding and the current share price is still very undervalue. Dont miss the Boat to get it at this current price.
Bought back my advanced holdings @0.39cts today.

Mr Jamaludin Bin Saad Alias Jamal was appointed by Advance Holding wef 1 Dec 07 as a Business Development Director and responsible in developing new markets and businesses and expanding existing businesses; particularly in the Indonesia and Middle East regions; this include assessing, forging and implementing strategic alliances and investments. Let's see...
Hope you are right Remiser.
Still, it is hard to figure out why the share price of Advanced Holdings, after being beaten down in the subprime melt-down, is still languishing in the S$ 0.38 - 0.40 c region when most other counters have gone up in tandem with the rise in the Dow and STI.
- It is a profitable Company.
- Has a stable, fiscally prudent and professional Management Team.
- Is invloved in all the growth industries like chemicals, petrochemicals, oil & gas, clean fuels etc.
- Achieved breakthrough sales with a customer list that includes Companies like Sinopec and PetroChina among others.
- Has an order book of slightly more than S$ 100 mil for 2007 compared to a full year turnover of S$ 24.04 mil in 2006 (the recent contract win of S$ 24.7 mil, in actual fact, exceeds the turnover for the whole of 2006).
- Is investor-friendly and paying interim and / or yearly dividends since its listing.
If there is any negative to add, it is that the Company seems weak in its PR as seen by the complete lack of publicity / news coverage about its recent contract win (and achievements / improvements in 2007).
Don't worry..
chart will turn up bullish soon and the buyers will be in. I'll be accumulating this counter. Bought a little yesterday and will buy more in 2 days time.

I think can wait a while before buying, unless you frighten to miss this boat. I sold off at 0.61, then sold at 0.55 and latest sold batch at 0.48.
I bought just a few days ago at 0.375, if it drop further then buy more to average, in case you miss the boat. But be careful, at its low, I had ever buy in at 0.25 - 0.28. So good luck man !
