Some of the counter price not going up even though proposed of dual listing is because their current price is on reasonable ( PE between 15 - 20 or higher)
however, ChinaGaoxian with deeply undervalue price should have a big jump on coming trading day.

China Gaoxian Records 7.6% YOY Growth in 1H2010 Earnings to RMB199.9 Million
· Healthy gross profit margin maintained at 31.0%
· Strong rolling order book of RMB250.0 million as at 30 June 2010; to be fulfilled within one and a half months
· Capacity expansion for the production of differentiated polyester yarns and warp knit fabric to be completed in 3Q2010 and 2H2010 respectively
· Planning for upstream expansion with recently acquired land

If you look at the actions to be taken for 3Q and coming 4Q of 2010, they are realising their expansion plans, so that will be another great news to come. This coy is expanding fyi and if all goes well, you will be sitting on a pile of gold cotton threads.

I like your positive thinking, and the share px is seriously under under valued. If you look at previous earnings etc. this should be at least 30c by now. It has taken a beating since its IPO px at 25c and listing during the down period of 09.
If there are any bad news IMHO, it certainly is an injustice. And to be delisted when it wants to dual list in KRX, thats another bull****

I like your positive thinking, and the share px is seriously under under valued. If you look at previous earnings etc. this should be at least 30c by now. It has taken a beating since its IPO px at 25c and listing during the down period of 09.
If there are any bad news IMHO, it certainly is an injustice. And to be delisted when it wants to dual list in KRX, thats another bull****

Personal opinion: More of a private placement as those pre-ipo shareholders want to exit (at least part of their shareholdings). (They have already exited part of it).
Unlikely to delist. If delist, they have to buy out existing shareholders. They need funds for their aggressive CAPEX, thus this is not a likely outcome.

for the past 24 months, request for trading halt occurs 3 times. 2 times are regarding krx. this 3rd time, we will know soon enough...
