papayaface...the mother share will go below 30cents and hit 28 cents and trade in the range from 22 cents to 27 cents thereafter....if you do not want to be in that range, sell now and focus on other shares

that being said, Rowsley is still an interesting property play .....  with it's mega projects in the pipeline, it's got  great potential  .....

if taken as purely a property theme, it will probably  have the advantage of  adopting CapitaLand's positive sentiments .....

Maybe he also has a good leg same as the price is standing on one leg at best. Today.....even the blue-Asia-lion can be in the green except this and the warrants. Better i go and sleep...:(

Finally the worst case scenario in the us debt crisis has been averted. Given the fiasco created, the fed is unlikely to raise interest rates for the remaining of the year. Good news for property stock. If there is no positive reaction in share price, then I really dont know what to say. I dont expect any spectacular gains but at least have to move in tandem with the broader market.   Please hor.....please move up at least a bit hor.......lolz.

Agree. Case closed. Dont think there will be any upwards movement until they launch the units in " early 2014" .   By that time, another debt crisis looms.

With all good news come out , I don't find any reason to make Rowley price spike again , In the short term, prices are somewhat overextended. Short-term stochastics is falling, and 21-day RSI continues to form a negative divergence with price. The indicator has not made a failure swing yet, but when it does, that would imply a price fall.

In the meantime, resistance to the attempt at an upmove appears at 40 cents. Support has been established at 30.5 cents.
PL Is Do. Nothing to supporting price , seems will drop further . Anyone ?

Yes....when it was trading at the peak of 68cts @ 23 Sept. Then now....3 weeks can made a huge different. My biggest mistake was to loaded up further when I should let it go. CFD.....a double edged sword.

By human logic ,without seeing chart 0.30 is the base here , then 0.30 to 0.34 is coming day we will see , who know the future may be above 0.4 ?? As long u hold this potential stock , long term is still" UP "
