indecision doji form at close with high vol compared to ave... hovering below uptrend line mar 2009..technical indicators oversold though macd below and trending lower...time to take your side short or long this counter?
most of the volume came from a behind-the-scene deal at $3.042. could it be a false signal?

Hyflux is on a downward trend. Long against with trend is dangerous. Better wait for more white candles before jumping in.
On Fri, Hyflux
managed to hold at the support level of $3.38 though the sell off VOL
is high at 2.1 million (Twice Ave VOL). I strongly believe that Hyflux
will be able to hold around this level and do a consolidation phrase
before going for another outburst to test the important technical
resistance at $3.66.
RSI: Oversold
Bollinger: Going though consolidation or “bollinger squeeze” phrase
Resistance: $3.66
Immediate Support: $3.38
Major Support: $3.30
Price to book: 4.89
MY TACTIC: Buy at $3.36 and below. Cut loss if CLOSE below $3.30 at HIGH VOL.

Today Hyflux has soars 4.4% up to
close at $3.53 with HIGH VOL of 1.76 million shares traded. These
sudden up roar in price is due to Hyflux has been awarded a S$43.8
million contract by the TP Utilities to undertake the engineering,
procurement and construction (“EPC”) works for stage one of the Tembusu
Seawater Desalination Plant. Further upside will be expected tomorrow
with the next immediate resistance @ $3.54 and major resistance @
$3.66.

my question was, "This was on 8-feb, the day where the price fluctuated with low volume. low of 3.1 to high of 3.39. can anyone explain what went on? thanks"
