Most REIT stocks kinda gone into some retracement after the recent hype (ALL TIME HIGH) so if there is people like me looking to buy on weakness, dont be too worried abt it. :)
I didnt even sell during the HIGH coz its giving good div yield year to year. This stock is for div play.
solochn: use FA to see which stock to buy. use TA to see when to enter or exit. i tink you lack TA so go borrow some books and read up on TA analysis. anyway REIT stocks are meant for long term so a drop of 8 cents should not cause worries unless you are contra or short?

Good advise. The chart looks like someone doing a bungee jump half way down...... scary....
No doubt FA is good but from the look of it, it seems better to wait for the price to bottoms out before vesting. More downside to go...
Its a bit scary that some dude is mad selling his shares like that, but I do agree that the FA for this counter is pretty attractive. And the price right now is a real bargain.
I am vested but I m topping more for this real bargain.
The FA is really good for SuntecReit, price dropping cause some dude selling his 75.1m shares. I agree that this is the best time to jump in!
