HENG!
Exit liao... else sian.
This is a very disappointing counter with a big hoohaa but very sad see it end up like this.... Management no good?
What kind of IPO is this newly listed already posted loss !! become coldspring liao.....
I don't think so ? What an lousy excuse about what unplan charges. This is the same when unit trust is booming time. Whether you invest and lost, they still charged the admin fees. Get out soon !
The losses are caused by unplanned management fee charged. Utimately the entity is still a profit making business. I dun think that there is a major cause of concern. I personally think that fundamentally, its an opprotunity to load up this counter. Anybody second me?
ohh.. btw...shorted 5x @ $1.33...hee.... wish me luck !!
wow...56mil lost..hee...looks like i dont want to SHORT oso cannot liao hor?? waiting for what?? hee...
SINGAPORE, May 14 (Reuters) - Singapore's Straits Times Index <.STI> rose 1.37 percent to 3,494.28 points at 0108 GMT.
Stocks and factors to watch:
CitySpring Infrastructure Trust (CITY.SI: Quote, Profile , Research) fell as much as 5.8 percent to a new low of S$1.29, after the trust posted a net loss of S$56.1 million ($37 million) for the seven weeks to end-March, more than 16 times the projected amount during its IPO listing.
CitySpring, backed by state investor Temasek Holdings [TEM.UL], had earlier projected a net loss of S$3.4 million for the two months from Feb 1 to March 31.

I retract my statement for CitySpring to build the network. I tink it make more sense for CitySpring to buy the infrastructure and manage it after it is build.
I got news that IDA is calling a tender to build a new broadband network, aka "fiber to the home". Instead of letting SingTel or Starhub manage the new infrastructure, IDA is looking for an independent party to build and manage the infrastructure. SingTel & Starhub will then have to buy capacity from the independent party if they want to provide data/voice/video services to the homes.
It will be very interesting if CitySpring get to run this, it's seem to a nice fit for them. Juz my 2ct... :
anyone knows where its heading or target price?
hmm..not sure abt that leh...if they are gd surprise dun think this burger will tumble from 1.5x to 1.4x range rite? hee...
This City has temporary lose its Spring

i'm really looking forward to the announcement.. have trust in Management that they'll deliver yield accretive acquisitions and it's only a matter of time.. keeping my fingers cross that this would be sooner rather than later...

pleasant surprise...
surely not nasty surprises
I hope!
