SINGAPORE (Dow Jones)--Neptune Orient Lines Ltd. (N03.SG) Friday said that it wasn't planning to undertake a rights issue. In a filing to the Singapore Exchange, the container shipping company said "in the course of its business, it continually evaluates all available options to improve its performance and strategic position." Earlier this week, two people familiar with the situation told Dow Jones Newswires that NOL was considering a rights issue of more than US$250 million to boost its capital base.

One must do it with charts and method... nothing less...

If not, everything one does has no system, no basis...
