but this counter, the name itself sounds very promising... china new town development,
ya...i think i have some slight memory on tt happening to one of these many counters probably like wad u mentioned on Asia F & P ...out of a sudden just bounced upwards...too much volatility to foresee what is happening in today's market already as the oil market has now come into play and is a strong factor in manipulating the market in some way too
the counters can one moment shoot up rocket high and vice versa too

I still remember Asia F&P when trading at 0.05 nobody want !! at one time the share price hit over $1 !!
sure got bad news some where.....if not big boy wounldnt keep throwing out
but maybe the best rebound is yet to come........hard to say

I was once told that property prices in China has jump 500% over the last 5 years. A talk about the property bubble burst is happening.
Major China stock market has fallen 50% since Jan. Also in Shenzhen property price has already soften by 15% since the start of the year. About 5000~10000 SME in DG~ShenZhen have closed shop due to rising inflation.
And history had it that the hosting country of olympic will usually suffer a micro recession because of excess build up of infrastructures. There is an excessive of hotels in Beijing. Will have big problem.
ChinaNTown seems to have quite a number of hotel development. And about 2.5B of their 7.5B RMB asset class are property under development.
Anyway, I was thinking of buying at 18 because it was so cheap. And yet it got cheaper. Is this an entry point to pick good cheap stocks ??
Might happen some bad news which company haven't release to press ???
Just to bring this out again. See who has the answer?

ma ma mia ! nickyng, it really go down to 10 cents soon.. walau... 11.5 cents lowest today..
any kind souls if this company will rebound based on FA? TA can't work gua... there is no rock bottom when u draw the straightline.......

Sorry, should be cant see any reason why and how it can drop to 3.5 cents i mean.
Market sentiment is very cautious But this is the time when only the daring but cash rich investors start to collect.
Yes , cheap can become cheaper but then who knows when it will bottom? As long as the fundamentals are intact, what comes down will eventually go up.
There are hundred of shareholders of 1,401,000,000 shares still holding to their shares. And out of these owners, only ( relatively ) 20,449,000 shares are exchanged or traded for whatever reasons today. The last time i checked, the largest shareholder now owned 642,401,000 shares as they were still buying as late as end May.
Cant see any reason why and how this counter can go down to 3cents.
Hope this insight encourage all who are vested.

such a huge volume selldown, and now 0.13... sound dirt cheap for me..
