GenSp starts to move up again

Warrant of the day: Genting Call (NE1W)

Genting had shaped a symmetrical triangle pattern the past couple of months. The stock resolved this formation to the downside on high volumes on Tuesday. This bearish signal could pave the way for a further decline towards 1.82/1.84 or the rising 200-day moving average currently near 1.71. Price bounced back the day before yesterday but failed to clear short-term resistance 2.06. A close above would invalidate Tuesday's sell-signal. Yesterday's inside day does not provide any directional clues. The bulls need to recapture the 50-day moving average at 2.13 and horizontal resistance 2.15/2.16 to regain control. A drop below 1.98 would confirm the recent bearish breakdown.
