Very simple, feedforward forecast which means use the present data to forecast.
Another type of forecast is feedback forecast, which means use past data to predict.

In forecasting, they have to make some assumptions like GPD growth etc and use it to predict the TP. If economy just recovers by 1%, this counter is going to benefit due to more trading etc.

haha...how can TP so high for loosing money company ?

Very interesting bit of invaluable info. Philips recommended a BUY, TP S$2.12, Rights Issue, Kim Eng dumping the stock??? Very confusing scenario.

Well I am vested, caught at a high of S$1.79, still hanging on, believe Phillips BUY call cannot be that wrong.

Vested. Understand the dry bulk rate on the uptrend. Long term will be good.

I'm using poems... does it show the code or seller name?

After each trade is done, you can find out who is the counter party. Some shows the name but others just show the counter party code.

Thanks for your reply , If 100% subscribed by shareholders , there will not be excess rights , so is buying 4D liao ...

Cheers

Not sure, so far thru my experience in Chartered, excess rights are given to those who have odd lots to make it to one more lot i.e. 1000 shares as Chartered was oversubscibe. For those shareholders who did not subscribe to their rights, I guess it will be given to those other shareholders who want to buy over their rights as these gap will need someone to fill it.

I don't see why eligible shareholders would not sell their rights in the open market unless they totally forgot about it or did not even realise that they were given the rights to buy at a discount.

In this case, getting NOL's excess rights is of slim chance, if it is over subscribe.
