The Board of Directors of Advanced Holdings Ltd (the “Company”) would like to respond to
the following queries raised by the SGX via SGXNET on 29 September 2009 as follows:
1. Question 1:
Are you aware of any information not previously announced concerning you (the
issuer), your subsidiaries or associated companies which, if known, might explain the
trading?
Company’s response to Question 1:
The group is constantly seeking M&A opportunities in the normal course of business.
Currently, the Company is negotiating a M&A deal in China. The Company has just
begun discussion and the outcome of the negotiation remains uncertain. As at even
date, no conclusion has been reached. The Company will, in accordance with its
obligations under the listing rules, release announcement as and when appropriate if
there is any binding agreement entered into for the deal.
In the meantime, the Board would like to advise shareholders and the investing
public that this announcement is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the
Company, its subsidiaries or their securities and the shareholders and investing
public should exercise extreme caution in the dealing of the shares of the Company.
Save as disclose above, the Board is not aware of information not previously
announced concerning the Company, its subsidiaries or associated companies which,
if known, might explain the trading.
2. Question 2:
Are you aware of any other possible explanation for the trading?

The Board confirms to the best of their knowledge, that the Company is in

AdvaHldg has been surging since the market went into correction last week . After XD , it fell to 26 cents to consolidate for nearly a month , the Chaikin Oscillator stood firmly above zero n turned up yesterday , this suggested the correction is heaithy n never changed the upward trend , short term target has already achieved , long term upside target would be at 55 cents .

Maybe AdvaHldg would achieve the upside target at 35 cents tomorrow .
AdvaHldg has just surged passed the 23% zone at 26 cents with healthy volume n heading to the 38 % zone at 37 cents following the Fibonacci 's rule . ADX is moving up n DMIs are positively placed . Share price has just moved out of the Bollinger band in both daily n weekly charts . RSI is at over-bought position which is time to fly . STI is in red, most stocks are slipping in prices, but AdvaHlg is hold onto the 0.265 and 0.27 price well and firm. Quite sure it's strong fundamentals play a major part in upholding the price.
Think it is time to buy in before strong fundamental stocks rally up again...

Alligator, now I am on Q to buy at $0.29 haven't confirmed yet (but third reserve is the smallest reserve) once done, HOLD ON dun dump...

hee hee, you know woman way of saving is different from man... i have many hiding places when in need of money, touch first reserve( for midas) , then second reserve (for China Fibre T) and really really cannot tahan touch the last reserve ...so this counter my last reserve already .....no more money liao, so pray that this counter don't fail me otherwise I will be
