the party for eratat just started lol.... P/E at 2x+ is dirt cheap. It should at least deserve a P/E of 3.5x-4x.

U shd ask them in the AGM.

But if u have yet to invest, why not look elsewhere, this is not to offend those who have vested,

for those who have vested, be not afraid to cut loss if any event happen. loss a little some 10% to 20% better than all.

u can always use the balance for on other opportunity.

look what happen to my celestial.

the worst that can happen is u cannot cut lose, if it all of a sudden halted and suspended.

good luck

the devil is in the details.   if the bond coupon rate is below market rate ie, maybe 5% and warrant exercise price is above 17cents, i think price will gap up....

but the management should come out and explain why they need more money....especially when they have close to 100MSGD in cash and not giving additional dividend or do share buyback.

but on the other hand, it is always prudent to raise more money, especially if the warrant exercise price is correct and interest rate reasonable.

I remember they call foreland, qingmei and sapphire, i believe alot of reader got stuck in these stock.

Their journalist Mr Chan go there and interview them and come back with very favourable report, alot ot reader got stuck with these stock today, i believe, never trust a plain stupid journalist.

If he is so smart, i wonder why after so long he is still a journalist, he shd buying stock, or is he also stuck in these counters also.
