Good Day Traders, Another demonstration of upbar with excessive transaction at the top of the channel may mean end of the upmove. Stay cautious when you see this, don't just jump into it blindly with the rest of the herd. It is easily to be sucked into the bandwidth when the stock is moving higher each day and the final day will come with the price suddenly jacked up and with excessive transaction. If you are buying into this upmove, then who is selling to you? There is no free lunch in the Market. Entry into the stock should be in calm and quiet time where allow the stock to move 1-2 weeks sideway to accummulate more upside powerful. Be patience and calm. Don't rush to buy, don't wait to sell. Weakness always disguises as strength in uptrend, causing the herd to chase the price higher due to fear and greed.Usually price
is capped at certain level where every demand is met by supply.
Strength always disguises as weakness in downtrend, creating fear for the herd to unload their holdings to the professionals
who absorb and stage an upmove when condition is appropiate. Every supply is met with demand and when supply is dried,
naturally price has to go sideway or move up.
It's not difficult to detect Professionals activities from the chart, just need to master the art of chart reading.
Similarly musical notes are easily interpreted by musicians. If ask me to do so, I may not even understand at all.
Nothing is difficult if you have the WILL and Confidence to learn the market language of Demand and Supply.

Do you know the " STRENGTH" is usually found in Downbar whereas " WEAKNESS" usually seem in Upbar?
How many times have we bought into a stock that is trading with super high volume and huge gain in a day?, fear of losing this
opportunity and greed of not being part of the herd make one's feels bad and may make hasty decision to join the chase.
What happen the next few days is classic trap that the stock price starts to turn down instead of going higher with each day
volume diminishing. The professionals have already unloaded all their inventories to the unwary traders and investors who
think it is a bargain. There's not free lunch around, the professionals know what the herd is thinking and they do the opposite.

With hundred of stocks to scan by the stock scanner, and a few is picked up for analysis. How I can filter out which stock to trade instead?
This filter is done by this Risk and Reward calculator later which we shows me if the ratio is good to take the bite.
If the stock shows that by spending $1.00 to make $3.00 potentially, I will take the trade and be patience to watch how the stock performs
over the weeks.
Personally I have created many trading tools, such as fibonacci calculator, pivot point calculator and this stock trading plan calculator or risk to reward calculator.
Written two ebooks on Personal Trading System and Sniper Trading (for inside friends only) and a Bar by Bar Analysis training Powerpoint to friends who
want to trade off the stock without any indicators. These tools will be eleborated over a series of emails to the Trader's Group.
