Supporting well at current price athough such bad markets. Seems like some good money parking into it as recent transactions suggest.
BTW, may I know when next Cd , dividend announcing? Any advice?

Collected 1st batch of dividend tdy. 3.04 cents per lot very good dividend for 1st qtr..They pay dividend every qtr. Very good to consider during mkt volatility...
Dividend counters may see some buying interest during this difficult period.
There is no buying interest from funds at all!
Useless even include in any recommendations.

Last min huge vol. buys up 0.940.
Hope Sabana Reit can open 0.935 & close higher  tmr.

Still looks attractive to buy at current prices which is quite a good discount from its IPO prices of $1.05. DPU of 8.63 & 8.66 cents for year 2011 & 2012 is very high yield/dividend...

Yes. They will pay dividend every qtr, You may check it out from www.sgx.com  or http://www.sabana-reit.com. The projected DPU is 8.63 cents for 2011 and 8.66 cents for 2012.
So far, the 1qtr DPu of 3.04 cents is slightly better than the projected pay-out.

Heard that Temasek is buying into this reit already well , sure they have done a proper scan and following theirs footsteps should be a good choice................
