GLP now 307 , could rally to 313-315   react down then go 330-332 react down then finally 338-40..
for more details , see         http://sgxswinger.blogspot.sg/
I think  there is a chance for its share price to fall back again to $2.80 to $2.99 range if it is unable to clear $3.10 by today or by early next week......if it is  able to clear, then crossing  $3.2+ would not be a problem by end 2013......this is just my opinion.........cheers....
GLP could be a fake breakout yesterday. We could have seen the top.

Be patient.  It will definitely break the $3 barrier soon.  Now the stumbling block is the US shutdown impasse

GLP plans to increase space at new projects by 20-25% pa in the next two yrs as e-commerce grows and retail chains expand. GLP is beginning construction of 2.5m sqm of warehouse space in China this yr, compared with 2m sqm a yr earlier. The group has a portfolio of ~8m sqm in China. The new space GLP will add will be split evenly between first-tier cities such as Beijing and Shanghai, and second-tier cities such as Chengdu. Logistics properties are ?the most attractive real estate opportunity? in China as consumers buy more from e-commerce companies including Alibaba and Amazon, fuelling demand for storage space, according to Jones Lang LaSalle.
GLP leases 17,000 sqm space to Japan's largest manufacturer and seller of sporting products at GLP Okegawa in Greater Tokyo. Occupancy at GLP Okegawa will become 100% leased after the agreement with the undisclosed tenant, which will use the facility as its largest distribution centre in Japan. In Japan, GLP is currently the market leader with 3.7m sqm gfa of completed logistics facilities, followed by Prologis and Daiwa House with 2.4sqm and 1.1m sqm respectively. GLP targets the fast-growing 3rd-party logistics (3PL) market in a country with scarce modern logistics facilities. Rectified Pere's news article on 24 Sep titled " GLP launches its first China real estate fund" , that the group has not entered into any binding agreement pursuing the initiative. Pere is a global paid-news service for private equity real estate professionals. GLP did state the group's on-going reviews on various initiatives to strengthen the group's position, being the leading logistics facility provider in its operating countries, which also included the potential establishment of a fund management platform in China. CLSA view the setup of a China fund being an exit vehicle for China assets as a catalyst in the medium term. GLP remains a favorite amongst the street, with 12 Buys, 3 Holds and 2 Sells. We too, continue to see value in keeping GLP as a constituent in our model Growth portfolio. GLP leased 26k sqm at GLP Park Beijing Capital Airport to DHL Supply Chain China. The 3PL player will lease the facilities to expand their reach across Northern China, at the site located adjacent to Beijing Airport cargo terminal and near expressways. CLSA reiterated its high conviction BUY on GLP with TP of $3.40, an upside potential of 23%, based on a 1x RNAV. The report cited GLP?s underlying warehouse demand is a beneficiary of China?s e-commerce market. CLSA expects 34% five-year CAGR with non-food B2C sales projected to rise from 6.2% of non-food retail sales in 2012 to 14.6% by 2017, passing the projected US share. GLP?s recent signing of Tencent and 360buy are strong testaments that growth is expected to continue, underpinned by the Chinese government's push to increase internet penetration which should benefit e-commerce sales. Near-term catalysts include further divestments of Japan assets into GLP J-Reit, pick-up in leasing demand in China, further cap rate compression in its Japan portfolio and the setup of a China fund as an exit vehicle for China assets.
With Tokyo winning the bid for the Olympic Games will augur well for GPL
