i am vested but this is a win big lose big stock... so must be prepared to take the risk. i think its worth the risk else wont be vested haha!

Renewable Energy Asia Group Limited announce that on 8 August 2011, it has entered into a loan agreement with Mr Xu Jian, the Company’s Executive Chairman and controlling shareholder, pursuant to which Mr Xu Jian has agreed to provide a loan of US$3,600,000 to the Company to meet the capital expenditure and working capital requirements of the Company and/or its subsidiaries. Pursuant to the terms of the Loan Agreement, Mr Xu Jian shall make available the Loan for drawdown on or after 10 August 2011. More upwards is on the way. Breaking out 8.5 cents may see it rises to 10 cents then hopefully going up to test 11.5 cents and finally filling up the gap of 15 cents...
